Billy

Although he wants to stay in Atlanta, this nice, quiet guy is saving money so he and his girlfriend can move back to Iowa. Billy is a jack of all trades, a friend of Jimmy's, and used to hustle the streets of midtown. I'm not sure yet how far he is willing to go, so stay tuned.
